Conrad D’Souza is the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for Cima Group. Conrad has over 20 years of telecommunications and IT leadership, as well as executive experience in Operations, P&L Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Business Development. D’Souza heads the company’s day-to-day operating activities, and oversees the Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and IT.
Paul Wealls
SVP of Sales for Auris, SVP for Cima Group
Paul Wealls is the Senior Vice President of Sales for Auris and is responsible for dramatic growth and development of the Auris platform as a service, as well as other evolutionary products and services that will be evolving from Cima Group’s product line. Paul ensures stability and growth with the company’s installed base while extending its reach with new technology in fresh markets for the Cima Group companies.
Bill Gunther
CTO for Auris, VP of Development for Cima Group
Bill Gunther is Chief Technology Officer for Auris and Vice President of Development for Cima Group, providing the technical and thought leadership behind new and innovative solutions. An accomplished, hands-on technical leader, Bill is recognized as a solutions visionary, technology innovator, and change agent who has successfully driven numerous large-scale, multi-million dollar initiatives from conception through implementation.
Luisa Santamaria
VP of Business Development for Cima Telecom
Luisa Santamaria is the Vice President of Business Development for Cima Telecom, where she is responsible for supporting the Wholesale department in the planning and execution of strategies to increase sales and ensure growth.
Luisa supervises activities associated with the design, implementation, and support of networking for the company, while developing long-term relations within the industry. She is responsible for identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities from international providers.
Luisa joins Cima Telecom with over 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in the development of businesses with international carriers. In addition, she has notable experience in carrier management, commercial negotiations, and international agreements.
Jaime Azanza
Director of Product Marketing for Auris
Jaime Azanza is the Director of Product Marketing for Auris. Jaime joins the Sales and Marketing team as a seasoned Telecommunications professional with over twenty years of experience, specializing in product development and analysis. Jaime will work to ensure the profitability, viability, growth and stability in the Auris products.
His responsibilities also include product and market research, as well as to analyze the market behavior based on the market trends. Since 2012, Jaime has been working at IBW, a Cima Group company, as Regional Director of Systems Communications, where he oversees integration and implementation of their client services technology. Previous to his work in Cima Group, Jaime worked for over a decade at Ecuadortelecom, where he led daily operation of business development, partner and interconnection negotiations, and expansion of new products and services.
